Ram Runner Rising
Recently KORE’s special ops team got out of the shop and back to the desert. Working hard to finalize the design of the Mopar Ram Runner kit, the KORE team has become accustomed to concrete floors and artificial lighting. Now it was time to head to the wide-open spaces and test a truck equipped with KORE’s own race ready suspension and a nice new set of General Tire Grabber AT2 tires.
Ram Runner at Work
Such was KORE’s opportunity last week, taking the latest Ram Runner concept truck out to play (and yes, to test also). The sharp eyed will notice the truck’s distinctive new bumper design adding an even more aggressive and battle-ready element to the truck. But why read about world class Raptor-killing technology when you can simply feast your eyes? Here are some photos from KORE’s day in the sun…

Ram Runner at Play – er..Work!
Kent truck looks awesome!

When is this kit going to market? Been holding off from buying the current kit in hopes for this one!
That must’ve been a long day of “work”!
What wheels are you guys running? Are they the American Racing 17x8s with 35″ Generals? Thanks
@Leo: Thank you!
@Richard: As soon as possible but we know thorough testing pays off for everyone.
@A Rogers: Not long enough. We’re looking forward to more.
@AH: Yes – the red Ram Runner uses the Teflon-Coated “Mojave” – great wheel – very strong for off road – and maintenance free because of the non-stick surface. The silver truck has the standard aluminum finish on the wheels.

who designed the bumper?
Like Brian I am also interested in the bumper. It’s awesome, but I want to stick it on a chevy. (sorry bout that) I am pretty good at cutting and modifiying stuff though. Want to sell me one or sell me some drawings?
Good job! thanks
This Ram Runner Project is fantastic, and it made me buy one
Building my Ram to become a true runner wasn’t an easy thing to do, but we did it and already started reaping the results
I dreamt about having a flat tire while off roading in some remote mountain, and I woke up like crazy…What to do if such a nightmare presents itself.
With such wheel stretch, a 60″ Hi-Lift jack won’t suffice, will it? Any recommendations from the Architects of this project?
